Abrego Garcia Pleads Not Guilty to Human Smuggling Charges

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador and then returned to the United States, was in court on Friday where he pleaded not guilty to human smuggling charges. His attorneys call the case "preposterous" and an attempt to justify a deportation that the government has acknowledged in the past was a mistake.
