Alan Dershowitz Weighs In On Trump Charges – He Just Predicted The Federal Charges Against Organization Will Be Thrown Out

How scared are Democrats of a Trump comeback? So scared, they are pushing yet another case against him.

Democrats failed (twice) to keep Trump out of office. All they had left was to go after his organization.

Even then, they had to find minor charges that usually require a few fines. Instead, New York Democrats drummed up the charges into indictments, arresting one of Trump’s finance people.

Obviously, they hope this man will turn on Trump. From day one, Democrats have sought dirt on Trump, but failed.

And it seems even this last, desperate scheme will fall flat. Because on constitutional expert has given his view.

Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz says he believes federal tax fraud charges filed in New York City against The Trump Organization’s longtime finance chief will end up being dismissed…

“You can’t get a city district attorney indicting somebody for failing to pay federal income taxes when the IRS hasn’t even gone after him…”

“That shows the extent to which they are prepared to stretch existing law and the Constitution to give them authority over federal taxes. It’s absurd.”

Dershowitz condemned the New York prosecutors for trying to go after one of Trump’s associates over minor charges.

He explained that they are trying to “stretch existing law” and even the Constitution, so they have authority over taxes.

But when the IRS hasn’t even hammered the Trump Organization over these issues, these Democrats certainly can’t.

Other experts have previously weighed in on this case, claiming that it will possibly be thrown out of court. Some predicted Trump’s chief will simply walk.

That hasn’t stopped the dishonest media from claiming this trumped-up case is “proof” of their long-held belief that Trump dodged his taxes.

Only stupid people would believe that. Which are the kinds of people who still watch the MSM.

When this blows over, it will be another failure for the left. They have spent tremendous effort and public goodwill to tarnish Trump over the years. Time and again, they have been proven wrong.

This last attempt could possibly teach them a lesson. But I doubt they can even see it.
