Appeals court reinstates Trump’s tariffs

An appeals court reinstated President Trump’s tariffs, after a lower court had blocked many of them. The tariffs will remain in place during the appeals process. Meanwhile, Elon Musk announced he will leave DOGE as his 130-day appointment as a special government employee comes to an end. NBC News’ Gabe Gutierrez reports.
