Boston Judge Steps In to Rescue Planned Parenthood Again

Yesterday, she issued a 45-page decision ordering the Trump administration to continue paying PP clinics federal Medicaid funds contrary to the contents of the Big Beautiful Bill which outlawed those payments. In essence, Judge Talwani is overruling the US Congress, which passed the law, and the President of the United States who signed it.]]>
