Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche defends legality of Maduro's arrest

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, in an interview with NBC News’ Tom Llamas, addressed the legality of the arrests of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, saying "The United States has an absolute legal right to go and arrest people charged with horrible crimes."
