Federal Judge Orders Trump Admin Not to Cut Off Planned Parenthood Funding

A federal judge on July 7 paused a provision in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act that temporarily prevents Planned Parenthood clinics from receiving Medicaid reimbursements. U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani of Massachusetts issued the temporary restraining order after regular business hours.
