Gabbard says she observed Fulton County search 'at the request of the president'

During questioning from Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard said she did not participate in a law enforcement search of a Georgia elections hub but was there to observe the action "at the request of the president."
