Jill Biden Says She’s Disappointed With Calls for Biden to Drop Out of 2024 Race

First Lady Jill Biden said “it was disappointing” when a long-time friend asked her husband to step out of the 2024 presidential race in an interview with the Washington Post published on Jan. 15. In the interview, Jill Biden discussed her 50-year friendship with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), her “loving relationship” with Vice President Kamala Harris, her husband’s pardon of their son Hunter, and her interaction with President-elect Donald Trump at Notre Dame cathedral in Paris last December.
