Judge temporarily blocks bid to kill congestion pricing

A federal judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration’s efforts to end New York’s congestion pricing program. The city’s transportation authority says in the months since the program began, traffic is down significantly in the congestion zone. NBC News’ Sam Brock reports.
