President Donald Trump signs an executive order titled “Fostering the Future” on Nov. 13, supporting foster children and youth transitioning out of the foster care system by expanding and improving their access to education and career development. Prior to signing the order, the president delivers brief remarks at 2 p.m. ET in the East Room of the White House.
