MSNBC's Humiliating Rebrand, In Context

So long, MSNBC. The Wall Street Journal reported Monday that the failing left-wing media network will be rebranded as MS NOW, or "My Source for News, Opinion, and the World." In addition to dropping NBC from its name, the network will no longer be able to use the iconic peacock logo. Some have described the MS NOW name and logo, unveiled Monday, as resembling the signage for a "discount computer from 1998, not a serious news network."
