Prosecutors to Seek Death Penalty in Charlie Kirk Assassination

Prosecutors in the Charlie Kirk assassination case announced that they intend to seek the death penalty against 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson. It comes as Robinson faced a Utah judge for the first time on Tuesday where he was charged with seven felony counts including aggravated murder and as prosecutors are revealing more of the text messages between Robinson and his roommate.
