Former independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said that former President Donald Trump would seek to end adding fluoride to drinking water supplies if he’s elected president.
“On January 20, the Trump White House will advise all U.S. water systems to remove fluoride from public water,” Kennedy, who Trump said would be part of his administration if he wins on Nov. 5, wrote in a post on social media platform X over the weekend.
Kennedy then made reference to a landmark September ruling from a U.S. district judge who directed the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to address concerns about whether fluoridation can lead to lower IQ in children.
