Russia Launches Drone Strike on Ukraine as Talks Continue

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Russian drone strikes burned down a railway station in central Ukraine and hit residential and commercial buildings near Kyiv, killing at least one person. It comes as talks between the U.S. and Ukraine to try to end the war enter their third day.
