Supreme Court sidesteps ruling on religious public charter schools

Oklahoma will not be able to move forward with a plan to create the nation's first ever religious public school following the Supreme Court's 4-4 split decision on Thursday. The split decision upholds a lower court's ruling which was against the proposed school.
