The Return of Eugenics

If one word is guaranteed to enrage the woke mob, it is eugenics, a term conjuring up images of Hitler, the Holocaust, white supremacy and sterilizing the feeble-minded. Yet, despite the odium surrounding “eugenics,” it is making a comeback.
