In theory, that should put an end to a lot of nonsense related to trans ideology, but in practice the ideologues don't give up just because they've lost. There was already a case working its way through the court system which had started in December 2023 involving a nurse named Sandie Peggie who told a trans woman named Dr. Beth Upton to get out of the female changing room.
