A third judge has struck down’s Biden’s farm aid program that was set to provide $4B in aid for non-white farmers only.

Per the Washington Examiner, “U.S. District Court Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the Western District of Tennessee issued a preliminary injunction to stop the Agriculture Department from delivering race-based loan payments under Section 1005 of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan.”

“The ruling in favor of fourth-generation farmer Robert Holman of Union City, Tennessee, came as the latest court defeat for the USDA as it seeks to pay off up to 120% of qualified federal loans for “socially disadvantaged” farmers and ranchers, defined as “Black, American Indian/Alaskan Native, Hispanic, or Asian, or Hawaiian/Pacific Islander,” the report adds.

As Fox News reported “the $4 billion provisions were part of President Biden’s American Rescue package, and the funds were to be used to pay up to 120% of “socially disadvantaged,” or Black, Hispanic, Asian or Native American farmers’ outstanding debt.”

Last month, Dairy farmer Adam Faust appeared on Fox News, where he discussed his filed lawsuit and called the president’s race-based federal relief effort “racist.”
