Tom Homan says Renee Good's actions ‘could fall within that definition’ of terrorism

In an interview with Meet the Press, White House border czar Tom Homan is asked whether he believes the driver shot by an ICE officer in Minneapolis was a “domestic terrorist” after Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called the incident an “act of domestic terrorism.”
