Trump and Vance’s cell phones targeted by Chinese hackers

Former President Trump and Sen. JD Vance's cell phones were targeted in a Chinese hacking campaign, sources tell NBC News. Another source said people involved with the campaign of Vice President Kamala Harris were also targeted. NBC's Dasha Burns reports for TODAY.
