Trump appears to dismiss domestic violence as a 'lesser' crime

During remarks at the Museum of the Bible, President Trump touted the federal deployment of troops in Washington, D.C., and the lowered crime rate but claimed "lesser things" like a husband and wife having "a little fight" were keeping him from saying crime statistics were even lower.
