President-elect Donald Trump is expected to choose Robert F. Kennedy Jr as his nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), according to a source with knowledge of the decision.
Politico first reported the expected move.
Kennedy, who first announced he was running for president on the Democratic Party ticket in April 2023 and then switched to an independent bid in October 2023, suspended this presidential campaign in August and endorsed Republican Party nominee Trump.
