Trump says TikTok will be 'owned by all American investors'

President Trump says during a joint press briefing with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer that TikTok will be "owned by all American investors" and that he will speak with Chinese President Xi Jinping to finalize a long-awaited deal. Trump formally extended the deadline to keep the social media platform available in the United States until Dec. 16, giving time to complete the framework of the deal.
