Watch: Dr. Oz sworn in as Medicare and Medicaid chief

Dr. Mehmet Oz was sworn in at the White House as administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, which oversees programs that provide health care coverage for about half of the U.S. population. The Senate confirmed Oz in a party-line vote this month.
