DOJ: Yale Medical School Discriminated in Admissions

<![CDATA[It has been three years since the Supreme Court ruled against affirmative action in college admissions. But by the following year there was evidence suggesting that some schools might be cheating, i.e. finding other ways to circumvent the court's decision. As I described here back in 2024, it all came down to the percentages of incoming classes by race which, at some schools, didn't change after the decision.]]>
