Judge delays Trump sentencing in hush money case

The judge in Donald Trump's hush money case delayed sentencing until after the election in a significant victory for the ex-president. The sentencing had been scheduled for Sept. 18. Earlier, Trump appeared before a federal appeals court as it considered whether the testimony of a witness in his sexual abuse and defamation case was proper. NBC News' Laura Jarrett reports.
