Judge in Trump hush money case sets sentencing for Jan. 10

The judge in the New York hush money case of President-elect Trump denied Trump's motion to dismiss the case and set sentencing for Jan 10. But the judge said he will not order Trump jailed. Meanwhile, Mike Johnson was re-elected Speaker of the House in a very narrow vote. NBC News' Garrett Haake reports.
