Secretary Rubio in Panama as conflict swirls over control of the canal

Secretary of State Marco Rubio has made his first overseas trip as America's top diplomat to Panama. He was met with a storm of controversy over President Trump's threat to take control of the canal there. NBC News' Andrea Mitchell reports from Panama.
