Tom Homan says ICE operation in Minneapolis ‘can be improved'

During a news conference in Minneapolis, Border czar Tom Homan acknowledged that the ICE operation in the city “can be improved” and said that he plans to make the operation “safer, more efficient, by the book.” Homan was sent to Minneapolis after the fatal shooting of Alex Pretti.
