Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said on Wednesday that the Trump administration will cancel funding to nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that facilitate illegal immigration. The comment was made as federal immigration officials ramp up enforcement efforts across the United States and in major cities.
