Trump puts pause on some Mexican and Canadian tariffs

President Trump announced a major change today on the tariffs he imposed on Mexico and Canada just earlier this week. For goods that come in under the USMCA, tariffs are now delayed until April 2nd. NBC News’ Christine Romans reports on the change and the reaction from U.S. markets.
