Two Federal Judges Rule Trump Admin. Must Fund SNAP Benefits

As the government shutdown continues, the federal food assistant program known as SNAP is set to run out.  On Friday two federal judges said the White House is required by law to use emergency funds to help pay for it. NBC’s Julie Tsirkin reports for Saturday TODAY.
